ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING
Notice is hereby issued for the Annual General Body Meeting of the Members of The Brookside Club which is scheduled to be held at the club at 07:00 pm on Sunday,
December 7th, 2025:
1. To consider and adopt the Annual Report of the Managing Committee 2024–2025.
2. To consider and adopt the Balance Sheet and the Income & Expenditure Accounts for the preceding financial year.
3. To appoint Auditors for the year 2025–2026.
4. Elections to the Managing Committee.
5. To consider/adopt/approve amendments to the Bye-laws of the club.
6. Declaration of the election results for office bearers and committee members for 2025–2026.
7. Installation of the incoming Management Committee members.
8. Other matters, if any, with the permission of the Chair.
