1. To consider and adopt the Annual Report of the Managing Committee 2024–2025.
2. To consider and adopt the Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure Accounts for the preceding financial year.
3. To appoint Auditors for the year 2025–2026.
4. Elections to the Managing Committee.
5. Consider and consolidate / adopt / approve amendment to the Bye-laws of the club.
6. Declaration of the result of the election of office bearers and managing committee members for the period 2025–2026.
7. Installation of incoming Management Committee members.
8. Other matters, if any, with the permission of the chair.
